2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate grown in Sonoma Valley. 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petite Sirah, 1% Malbec. 213 cases produced. Vinification: Grapes picked in third and fourth week of October, in east portion of Estate block. Gravity destemmed and crushed into small open top fermenters. Aged in 100% French oak for approximately 17 months. Bottled unfiltered in early May 2007
